經(jīng)報(bào)國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)，國(guó)家移民管理局決定實(shí)施東盟國(guó)家旅游團(tuán)入境云南西雙版納免簽政策，現(xiàn)公告如下：

自即日起，東盟國(guó)家（馬來(lái)西亞、印度尼西亞、泰國(guó)、菲律賓、新加坡、文萊、越南、老撾、緬甸、柬埔寨）旅游團(tuán)（2人及以上），持普通護(hù)照經(jīng)我國(guó)境內(nèi)旅行社組織接待，采取團(tuán)進(jìn)團(tuán)出方式，可由西雙版納嘎灑國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)口岸、磨憨鐵路口岸、磨憨公路口岸免辦簽證入境出境，活動(dòng)范圍為云南省西雙版納傣族自治州行政區(qū)域，停留時(shí)間不超過(guò)6天（符合與我國(guó)簽署互免簽證協(xié)定或我單方面免簽政策的，可從其規(guī)定），停留時(shí)間自入境次日零時(shí)起算。

Announcement on Visa-Free Policy for Tourist Groups from ASEAN Countries to Xishuangbanna, Yunnan

Approved by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, the National Immigration Administration (NIA) has decided to implement a visa-free policy for tourist groups from ASEAN countries visiting Xishuangbanna in Yunnan, with details as follows:

As of today, tourist groups of two or more ordinary passport holders from ASEAN countries—including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, and Cambodia—can enter and exit China visa-free through Xishuangbanna Gasa International Airport, Mohan Railway Port, and Mohan Highway Port, provided they are organized by travel agencies in China and follow the "group in, group out" arrangement. Please note that the travel only limited to the administrative region of Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province and the stay shall not exceed six days, with the duration starting at 00:00 on the day following entry. Those eligible under mutual visa exemption agreements with China or China's unilateral visa exemption policy may follow the applicable regulations.
